How do I restore my ad-free purchase?

Go to Settings inside the app and tap "Restore Purchases." This will restore any previous purchases tied to your Apple ID, including the Remove Ads upgrade. Make sure you're signed in to the same Apple ID you used for the original purchase.

How do I turn off notifications?

You can disable notifications in two ways: inside the app's Settings screen, or through your iPhone's Settings > Notifications > find Sudoku Streak > toggle off Allow Notifications.

My game progress was lost. Can I get it back?

Game progress is saved locally on your device. If you uninstall and reinstall the app, your progress cannot be recovered. We recommend keeping the app installed to preserve your stats and streak. Game Center achievements and leaderboard scores are saved to your Apple account and will sync automatically.

How does the daily puzzle work?

A new daily puzzle is available every day at midnight in your local time zone. Every player around the world receives the same puzzle. Complete it to maintain your streak. Your streak tracks the number of consecutive days you've completed at least one puzzle.

How do hints work?

You receive a limited number of free hints each day. Once your free hints are used, you can watch a short video ad to earn additional hints. If you have purchased the Remove Ads upgrade, hints are available on demand without watching ads.

How do I connect to Game Center?

Game Center connects automatically when you open the app, as long as Game Center is enabled on your device. Go to iPhone/iPad Settings > Game Center and make sure it's turned on and you're signed in with your Apple ID.

How do I unlock themes?

Themes can be unlocked in several ways: watching a short video, reaching a streak milestone, or solving a certain number of puzzles. Check the Themes screen in the app to see how to unlock each one.

I found a bug. How do I report it?

Please email us at puzzlespark@protonmail.com with a description of the issue, your device model (e.g., iPhone 16, iPad Air), and your iOS version. Screenshots are very helpful. We read every email and work to fix issues as quickly as possible.
