PUZZLE SPARK

Privacy Policy

Last updated: March 25, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Puzzle Spark ("we," "our," or "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use any of our mobile applications.

Information We Collect

Our apps do not require you to create an account or provide any personal information to play. We do not directly collect your name, email address, phone number, or any other personally identifiable information.

However, the following information may be collected automatically through third-party services integrated into our apps:

Advertising

We display advertisements in our apps through the following third-party ad networks:

These ad networks may collect device identifiers (such as IDFA on iOS), IP address, general location data, and information about your interactions with ads. This data is used to serve relevant advertisements and measure ad performance.

On iOS, we request your permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework before any tracking occurs. You can choose to allow or deny tracking, and you can change this choice at any time in your device's Settings under Privacy & Security > Tracking.

Our apps may offer an in-app purchase to remove all advertisements. Purchasing this option permanently disables all ads and stops all ad-related data collection within the app.

Apple Game Center

Our apps may integrate with Apple Game Center for leaderboards and achievements. Game Center is operated by Apple and governed by Apple's Privacy Policy. We do not have access to your Apple ID or Game Center profile information beyond what is displayed in the Game Center interface.

Firebase

Some of our apps use Google Firebase to power multiplayer features and account data synchronization. Firebase is operated by Google and governed by Google's Privacy Policy.

Multiplayer: When you create or join a multiplayer game room, the following data is stored temporarily on Firebase servers:

Multiplayer room data is automatically deleted within 48 hours of creation.

Account sync: Some apps use Firebase Anonymous Authentication to enable cross-device data synchronization. This creates an anonymous identifier on first launch — no personal information, sign-in, or Apple Tracking Transparency consent is required. The following gameplay data may be synced to Firebase servers:

This data is tied to an anonymous account identifier and cannot be used to identify you personally. If you sign into Game Center, your Game Center player ID is linked to your anonymous account to enable data recovery on a new device. No account creation or personal information is required.

In-App Purchases

All in-app purchases are processed through Apple's App Store. We do not collect or have access to your payment information. Purchases are governed by Apple's Terms and Conditions.

Local Data Storage

Our apps store your game progress, statistics, preferences, and settings locally on your device. This data may also be synced to Firebase servers as described above. If you delete an app, locally stored data is permanently removed from your device.

Push Notifications

Our apps may send local push notifications (such as daily puzzle reminders) if you grant permission. These notifications are generated and scheduled entirely on your device. No notification data is sent to or processed by external servers.

Children's Privacy

Our apps are not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Our apps do not require any personal information to function. If you believe that a child under 13 has provided personal information through one of the third-party services in our apps, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to address the issue.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties. The only data sharing that occurs is through the third-party ad networks listed above, which collect device-level data for advertising purposes as described in their respective privacy policies.

Data Retention

Multiplayer room data is automatically deleted within 48 hours. Account sync data is retained on Firebase servers for as long as your anonymous account exists. All other game data is stored locally on your device. Third-party ad networks retain data according to their own privacy policies and retention schedules.

Your Rights

California Residents (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to request information about any personal data our third-party ad partners may have collected. Since we do not collect personal data directly, please refer to the privacy policies of our ad network partners listed above to exercise your rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act.

European Users (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Economic Area, our ad partners are required to obtain appropriate consent before processing your data. The ATT prompt on iOS serves as the primary consent mechanism. You may also exercise your rights under the General Data Protection Regulation by contacting our ad network partners directly using the links provided above.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
